The location to the stockyard...
Liked: Room was great loved having a separate sitting room, although the furniture is very uncomfortable (couch, chair).The breakfast was very good, everything fresh and tasty. The pool was wonderful. We loved the rocking chairs out front. Loved having our morning coffee out there. The shuttle service was great and the driver was so nice!
Disliked: The sitting room furniture is terribly uncomfortable. It looked new, but wasn’t picked for comfort. We were there for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to track down clean towels every day on our own.

Hotel was great but shuttle...
Liked: Shuttle service to the Stockyards was the main reason we chose this location. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and front desk staff were nice. The breakfast was very delicious.
Disliked: Again we chose this location for shuttle and was told it ran every 15-30 minutes. The driver Rashad was nice on the Friday night ride to Stockyard but on the way back he decided to give us his opinion on how he felt on girls that wore make-up and that why wear it because basically you are putting on a disguise and if you are ugly then you will be ugly in the morning. Then Saturday we walked out the hotel doors and he pulled off then came back 15 minutes later after we waiting outside and rudely said with a mean face I’m on a break. Not I’m sorry or nothing. My daughter went in to address this with the front and Rashad decided to confront her and say” What I don’t get a break?” And she said it should be at least something that is scheduled so guest would know and he told her”Whatever!” This was such poor customer service we decided to pay for a uber to Stockyards and back!
