Disappointing
Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Ice machine was brokenPool and hot tub were not functioning and closed Room smelled mustyOnly 1 towel hook in bathroom behind door and it was broken. No towel bars..toilet paper holder was really misplaced. Room darkening shade didnt fit well...let early am light in on both sides. Bkfst that was provided was crappy.I feel very over charged! Won't recommend or stay there again.

Disliked: There were kids and adults yelling and screaming and running up and down the halls slamming doors until after 11pm and we had to get up very early

Liked: Exhaust fan & HVAC unit quiet = good!Provided breakfast also good.Staff courteous & friendly.
Disliked: Room location near back entrance to diningarea, (room 141). I live Way up North whereit's very quiet, so the loud scraping of the dining room chairs early in the morning wouldwake me. Consider new felt(?) pads on thebottom of chair legs?! Thank you.

Disliked: There are no sun blocking curtains or shades. There was a shade but it was white and not light blocking. A pickup was outside my first floor room and the lights were on for almost two hours. In high. I could not also.
