Exceptional

Passable

Liked: The room itself was decent. It was very spacious and lots of room. I asked for the third floor and mentioned I was real tired. I was thankful to know she put me at the end on the 3rd floor. Super quiet which I loved.
Disliked: There were a lot issues with this room. It needs some TLC in my opinion. Let’s start with the bathroom the shower rail is almost coming off. The shower was dirty and lots of stains all over. The sink didn’t drain either. The ceilings, floor, etc were dirty. The cabinet the fridge and microwave in was broken. The outlets by the bed wouldn’t even hold my charger because it kept falling out. I’m a choice member and have stayed in country inn & suites many times and have never had these issues. It was fair. The staff...

Liked: Easy access to highway. Staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: In Industrial Park. Communication among staff was poor. Messages weren’t passed on. Not enough towels in room. Pool and spa was dirty.

Good but could be great.

Liked: Liz at the front desk.
Disliked: Grounds unkempt.

Softball stay

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Staff was not super friendly and we stayed because of breakfast. They were out of everything when I asked staff she sighed and shut the kitchen door.
