It was just ok.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Staff was very welcoming when I arrived. She stated that what I booked online was not what I was going to get. And she gave me the opportunity to do something different.
Disliked: I booked a double bed with a pull-out out couch. They were no couch in the room (I was made aware when I arrived). If would have been nice if the website was updated or someone from the company should have called stating the hotel situation and not waited until individual check-in. To state those things.Due to construction the was no parking when I returned from my event.The trailers and construction equipment took up most of the parking spaces in the rear of the hotel.Also, due to constructions, there was a lot of nails in the parking lot.My room floor was not cleaned. I have pictures of the floor once my aunt cleaned the floors while we were there.

Liked: Comfortable beds. Good showers. They’re renovating so new floors and paint job. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Booked two rooms with queen beds and sleeper sofa. Neither had a sleeper sofa - they’re renovating and I guess haven’t bought the sofas yet? One of the mattresses in our room had a large wet spot - it was late when we found it so two of the kids shared a bed because who wants to sleep on a wet mattress?

Liked: the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Got to the hotel and was checking in, I have always been asked if the card I booked with was the one I was going to use, this did not happen. I was standing there with card i wanted to use when i was going to give it to her she said she already charged it on the card i held the room with. UGGG Nothing could be done to reverse it so i just figured i will go upstairs and go to the pool and relax well the pool was closed! so i just sat outside the pool to make a phone call and she came and closed the door and locked me out. I knocked and she ignored me!! Defiantly will not stay there again!

Disappointing

Liked: Location, right off 95, and quick restaurants to get to
Disliked: I didn't like the fact there was no sleeper sofa like it says in the description. I didn't like that the pool had closed signs on gate, and when I asked a worker what was going on , she lied to me saying something mechanical was wrong, but then I asked another worker and she said they lock it because neighborhood kids have been swimming in it. I also didn't like all the construction that the hotel was going thru, very dusty and just looked horrible.
