Disliked: The pool was so gross and just as we were leaving we saw a cockroach in our room

Liked: The staff were really great. The location was great.
Disliked: The floors were really, really, filthy. There were someone elses dirty clothes in the bottom of the closet. The AC unit was extremely loud. The water pressure was marginal. The pool was green and slimy looking.

Disliked: Our room was the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. It was atrocious. It literally looked like it had not been swept for days. The halls were the same way.

Disliked: When I got a call from Hannah I told her I was an hour away and she said my room on the first floor would be ready then less than 5 mins two more workers called me about the same thing. Then Hannah called back saying my card declined which wasn’t supposed to be ran until I got to the property. That card was locked due fraud earlier which I mentioned to her. And they she still threatened to cancel my reservation after my deposit had already been taken. Once at the property I paid and my room wasn’t ready they tried to put me on the 2nd floor and told me wait 15-20 mins my first floor room would be cleaned and ready. Yet it took 1 hour and the bathroom and shower was still nasty and dirty with hair everywhere. For the price it was not worth it.
