I expected a little bit...

Liked: The clerk was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and pretty quiet. The motel has luggage carts to carry up your belongings. There seems to be decent security camera coverage of the parking lot and premises.
Disliked: The motel is apparently in stealth mode, so keep your eye peeled for the one little sign for the entrance (Waze led us to the nearby intersection and announce we had arrived). The parking lot was a tad janky (the concrete parking bumper in our space was broken and a piece of rebar was sticking up) . The elevator was tiny and stuffy. We had requested a shower chair so they assigned us to a handicap accessible room (which, ironically, didn't have said shower chair... the desk clerk hunted up one for us). The refrigerator was noisy (it sounded like it was signaling for the mother ship to come take it home), the tile in the bathroom was extremely slippery once the shower condensation began to settle (the one bath mat wasn't enough so we had to put down a towel), there was no bathroom exhaust fan or ventilation, there was very little counterspace in the bathroom (we rolled the desk chair in to have a place to set our clothes), the ac thermostat had us up and down all night trying to get the room cool enough to sleep (just commit to a temperature cooler than what you would normally select at home because it probably won't get there), and the shower wasn't very warm. All in all, it is an older building and could use some TLC.

Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness was on point. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good, and staff kept the area clean and organized at all times.
Disliked: Lighting might be improved.
