Liked: Location, price.
Disliked: Old. Old. Old. Paper-thin walls. Neighbor’s tv on all night.

Exceptional

Liked: A pleasant stay. Breakfast was good but I would've preferred scrambled eggs as opposed to hard boiled.
Disliked: The weather. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Paint was peeling and a couple of plaques were lying on the floor as a result.

Liked: Location near restaurant
Disliked: Dirty, a lot of hair on the shower wall, dirty stained towels and bedding. Dirty floors, broken lamps and mirror frame. Breakfast was stale and unpleasant. The iron board was left standing out by the entry to the room and the cover had yellow stains on it.

Do not stay here!!!!!

Liked: Bed was comfy. Location is good.
Disliked: Maintenance repairs were hap hazard. Breakfast was pathetic. Biscuit was very hard, probably left over for days. The gravey was like soup and cold. All food was probably not up to health department standards. Could not understand most of what the check in person was saying.

Passable

Disliked: Wallpaper was pealing off the wall, ceramic tiles were missing in the bathroom, table in the room was broken, pool was so cold it could not be used, breakfast was very mediocre, walls were not soundproof at all.
