Comfortable, good value, and convenient...
Liked: Very nice breakfast with attention to multi-cultural food too, from salsas to miso soups and rice, in addition to eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, yogurts, breads, donuts, hot and cold cereals, etc. Coffee was a bit weak/wattery. Juices were nice.Overall, good value for those needing a place prior to a flight from O'Hare or for doing business in the west suburbs of Chicago.
Disliked: We came in very late, having driven 7 hours from western Wisconsin. We'd have loved a more energetic reception, but we imagine that staff may have been as tired as we were at 2am. Sadly the hot water was not terribly hot at that hour either, but it was nice and warm in the morning. The main thing that I do not like about this chain is their taking a hefty deposit and then making excuses about the customer's bank holding the money long after check out. There ought to be a way, including the option of a cash deposit, to avoid any 3rd party's making money on the money.

Liked: Very clean and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Their hot tub wasn’t working and their pool wasn’t heated like advertised.

The hotel itself was nice...
Liked: The location was fine, and there were restaurants nearby. It worked well for my needs.
Disliked: The woman behind the desk was surly. She was very pleasant to the male guests, but the females she didn't seem to have time for. I was passed off twice to her younger staff who was in training. My reservation was 'messed up' and she didn't have time to address it directly with me. It was found, but name was entered in system 'backwards'. Not my doing. No real instructions on how to use the TV system and when I let them know the online instructions once you scan the 'code' did not give enough they just said 'oh well'. Not great customer service.
