Great location…really dirty and dated.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Dirty, hallways, all carpet everywhere, dirty bedspread - stains and hair, assigned room phone broken, tv broken - switched room and AC took 4 hours to get room to 73!!! Front desk only charged room key for one night when we were there 3 nights - requiring return to desk, evening rep (male) very strange questions to me and my son on more than one occasion, early evening rep (woman) just useless. This place is seedy. Breakfast lacks variety.

Liked: It was a good location
Disliked: They overbooked the hotel so we had to get a king size bed with a couch that pulled out to a bed. We were supposed to get 2 queens. The kids were uncomfortable

Decent for one night stay.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. A/C in room worked great. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Hallways and stairwells were HOT. Needs some updating and cleaning. Breakfast was so-so.

Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Harassing...

Disliked: I spent one night at the hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude. He refused to let a delivery driver drop off food and was rude to both the driver and me. Later, he came to my room and started knocking violently on the door. His behavior was completely inappropriate and made me feel harassed. This happened on the night of June 14th. Please, if you are able to identify the employee who worked during this shift, I urge you to reconsider his position, as his service was unacceptable. Additionally, he was calling my room and personal phone number from the reception desk phone
