Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: At 2:30am, after I had settled in. I heard people in the hallway. Then the doorknob started to move, which startled me. I thought it would stop and it didn't. Like the person kept pushing and pulling at the door. I finally got up off of bed and opened the door. I greeted and asked how I can help. The lady and her kid got startled cuz I am sure they didn't expect the door opening. Well, she realized she had the wrong room and apologized for the trouble. I closed the door and went back to bed. I am sure they figured it out cuz I didn't hear any commotion soon after.

They ran out of towels

Disliked: The front desk is very rude, except for one Indian girl that was always with a smile. First I stay for a whole week. The housekeeping part is terrible they only go clean your room upon request so if you don't tell them you don't get clean towels or toilet paper. Of all the times that I had to ask for clean towels they always said either the towels were in the dryer or that they ran out of towels. I think a hotel should never run out of towels. The same with toilet paper Every time I had to go and ask for it. The guy that works the night shift told me that because I was leaving the next morning I didn't need clean towels. And he ended up giving me the pool towels. The owner should be making sure his hotel has all the essential things that guests need. I also had a problem with the lock and wasn't locking and was making a noise, so I called the front desk to let them know and the same guy told me that he couldn't help me because he had a line I understand they get busy but honestly they need to have a better attitude. For the owner he needs to make sure all of his or her staff are polite and he needs to make sure they know how to resolve guests needs.
