Country Inn & Suites by Radisson El Dorado AR

Country Inn and Suites was amazing. The staff was super friendly; the hotel was super clean; the beds were like sleeping on a cloud; breakfast was hot and delicious - just amazing! Loved our stay here.

Front desk lady was mean...

Disliked: Young lady at the front desk was rude to me and some of my elderly family members who where trying to check in for our family reunion. Proceeded to yell at me in front of other guests and my family. Very unprofessional.

Disliked: Front desk EE wasn’t friendly at all. AC unit in hallway didn’t work. 2nd hallway AC unit was unplugged with it being 90 degrees outside.

Bed bug issues

Disliked: Found a bed bug when I got out the shower crawling on bed notified the manager on duty room 228 manager on duty tried to say it only looked like a bug I never sit my clothes on the bed I had no clothes near the bed I had to throw away my clothes I brought with me just in case there was nothing done but manager flipped the bed said she didn't see any signs but she saw spots that bed bugs make on sheet and I said that's a sign bed bugs are present she stated that was only one spot I requested to speak to the owner she stated the owner would not be there no time soon VERY DISAAPOINTED
