Country Inn and Suites was amazing. The staff was super friendly; the hotel was super clean; the beds were like sleeping on a cloud; breakfast was hot and delicious - just amazing! Loved our stay here.

Used to be nice but...

Liked: The orange juice and coffee were good, the staff was friendly, the area is quiet and safe, the hotel is not crowded, comfortable beds great for sleeping.
Disliked: My husband and I with our adult daughter stayed for two nights. When we first arrived we were given a room before the housekeeping staff had finished, so they left our room dirty. The toilet, sink, carpet, and surfaces in the main area were left dirty. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room. The towels were dingy and some of them were visibly dirty and stained. We’ve had excellent luck with this hotel and have stayed there since 2017. We won’t stay there again.

Disliked: pool was to cold to swim, and the hot tub is always broke.

Disliked: We were quite frustrated w the checkin procedure, the visa credit card used to book the room was declined, no explanation, I use the card all day everyday! Then a second Visa card was declined, no explanation. Then we had to use our debit card which was a real problem because that $500 plus dollars came directly out of our bank account!!!! Then for no apparent reason, someone (saying they were a manager) walked right into our room mid day while my husband was working on his computer. Fortunately we were dressed and there was no embarrassing circumstance. He made no apology and gave no explanation!!!! This is totally unacceptable. I went to the front desk and could not find anyone to report the intrusion to!!!
