Would stay here again.

Liked: The room was very comfortable for 3 of us. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, there was a nice variety of choices.
Disliked: There was no toilet paper in our room when we arrived. There was only one bar of soap that was to be used in the shower and for hand washing. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Clean comfortable, not very good...

Disliked: Dirty carpet, breakfast very poor quality compared with other hotels, being told I would be shuttled from the DECCto hotel on the morning of arrival then-waiting an hour and nobody turned up. Had to make my own arrangements. The desk had no idea what was happening.

How was my stay?

Liked: Great breakfast! I loved that our room was clean and smelled good! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy that the staff called me the day before our stay to check if it was okay that the slide was not available because something had broke. I really appreciated that!
Disliked: Our mattress was very uncomfortable and saggy. We also didn't like how the air conditioner was blowing right in our face as we laid in bed. We wish we could have had vents to adjust on it. We were also a little bummed that the slide didn't work by the pool.

Disliked: Slide was shut down, pool was closed because someone vomited in it

Exceptional

Needed shuttle

Disliked: Was not given a shuttle ride to the airport. The driver left before check out time at 11 am. I was supposed to arrange it the day before. However, I mentioned I needed it when I checked in the day before. Paid for a Lyft. Disappointed.

Pleasant

Liked: Nice and quiet.
Disliked: The bathroom sink leaked and had been because there was a some mold on bottom self under the sink. Beds were not very comfy. Slide at pool broke down.
