Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very accommodating when I requested to check out late because I was there for business and I wanted my child to have time to swim. They even said that we could stay and swim later than check-out.
Disliked: There was fruit in the fridge from a previous tenant. No big deal. It was the only thing I could think of to put in this box.

Comfortable

Liked: Convenient location, hot breakfast.
Disliked: It needs refreshing, there were cracks in the wall and repairs where the paint doesn’t match.

Disappointed

Liked: Decent room. Clean
Disliked: Breakfast was the worst. It went from 7:30-10:30. We went down at 9:30 and there wasn't much if anything to eat. The staff did not refill anything while we waited for coffee. Many people came down after us and they still didn't fill anything.

Liked: Loved the gas fire outside the front door.

Good

Disliked: We had a mix up checking in. I was prepaid- someone with a similar name had checked in prior to me and was evidently assigned my room. The manager managed to get us placed in a comparable room and was pleasant and patient. Evidently they were not able to pull up the booking.com confirmation code nor other details.

Liked: The room was really large, pretty quiet, kind of comfortable, the bathroom disability features were good.
Disliked: No towels in the pool area, 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we had to ask for more, couldn’t find the bucket for ice, beds were old and pretty soft!
