Needed shuttle

Disliked: Was not given a shuttle ride to the airport. The driver left before check out time at 11 am. I was supposed to arrange it the day before. However, I mentioned I needed it when I checked in the day before. Paid for a Lyft. Disappointed.

Liked: Nice and quiet.
Disliked: The bathroom sink leaked and had been because there was a some mold on bottom self under the sink. Beds were not very comfy. Slide at pool broke down.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Breakfast was ok?
Disliked: Room was dirty! Carpet in room bad and bathroom was not that clean! Found some black mold on bottom of bath tub!

The room was ok. Some...

Liked: Property was very attractive but there appeared problems with upkeep. Staff was great! Morning and afternoon clerks at the front desk and the young lady in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. Rooms were a nice size and were ok.
Disliked: There were some issues: 1. The desk,TV stand and bedside table had some rubbery black thick substance smeared across them. 2. No clock 3. Exercise room: TV remote was missing, treadmill in the center of the room had a constant squeal. No hand sanitizer available. 4. Entrance to hotel is very inviting but we got there at 3pm and there were 2 overflowing trash cans at the entrance that really destroyed the positive impression. This hotel property and facilities have the potential to be a great hotel with some additional attention to detail.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very accommodating when I requested to check out late because I was there for business and I wanted my child to have time to swim. They even said that we could stay and swim later than check-out.
Disliked: There was fruit in the fridge from a previous tenant. No big deal. It was the only thing I could think of to put in this box.

Liked: Convenient location, hot breakfast.
Disliked: It needs refreshing, there were cracks in the wall and repairs where the paint doesn’t match.
