Disliked: It was very cold staff rude I got sick. 2nd time no heat in room room was dusty dirty under bed. Bad staff attitude

Disappointing

Disliked: I requested a room close to the elevator due difficulty walking. Instead I was placed in the room farthest from the elevator

Liked: breakfast was good choices were plenty
Disliked: having to wait to be able to use the water slide thought it was open the whole time but wasn't able to use it util 7pm

Liked: Breakfast was great… understaffed but she worked hard and got caught up eventual…… very busy early
Disliked: HOT TUB was closed way too often… little pool as well….chemical testing?? Disappointing…

Liked: The pool and slide.
Disliked: The room was dirty as well as the halls and pool area. There were never enough towels in pool area.

The hotel was not clean...
