Liked: I've stayed at multiple hotels since that one, and it was my first so it's a bit fuzzy, but I think everyone was very nice and the hotel was pleasant enough or I'd remember more.

Liked: Nice being on the first floor
Disliked: Pool and hot tub closed at 9 pm on Friday night

Liked: Liked the pool. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't the best only because eggs were dry and juice was out before breakfast time was over. Had to get key to room reprogrammed to get in room after being in pool which was a hassle.

Liked: The breakfasts were great (we were there 4 days)-- and it was different hot food everyday- which was wonderful! You could also do waffles, cold cereal, plenty of muffins, bagels, bread for toast..
Disliked: We thought they would clean/ tidy up the room after 3 days (we saw that listed somewhere ), but they didn't. Had we not asked for one extra towel before we arrived, we would have had to call to get extra towels. But room was clean- comfy bed- pool was nice (could have been a little bit warmer) and the hot tub temperature was good, but needed some scrubbing on the tiles (no, I did not report that to anyone. Never really saw anyone but at the front desk)

Bathroom cleanliness is a number...

Liked: The bed was very clean and the location is good.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. There was a black mold stain in the toilet bowl. The shower stall could have been cleaner. The hot water barely worked which I reported to the front desk upon check out. We had a pet room - maybe they just don't freshen those up if they are not used. For the price, they should be!

Liked: A little more attention to resupplying offered items but otherwise very adequate.

Liked: The room was very nice. No problems at all. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient. Close to US 20.
Disliked: I would have liked a little more variety in the hot foods at breakfast.
