Great place to stay near MVP Arena.

Liked: Clean; helpful staff.

Conveniently located to venue. The hotel was great! Such a nice room for one person. The breakfast next morning was amazing. Would definitely stay there again, if I go back!

Disliked: Not having a room ready and cleaned when checking in. Had to wait in line for forty minutes only to be told go wait another 20 minutes because rooms weren't ready, even though I had reservations!

it’s a one star hotel...

Liked: nothing to like.
Disliked: 20 dollars a day to park, which must have been in the fine print somewhere because it wasn’t on my reservation and I never saw it anywhere on the website. The whole hotel smelled like a weird cheap cleaning product. The room was super humid and musty. The bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling. The trim around the doors were halfway painted.

Liked: When issues arose, the staff was very prompt and helpful.
Disliked: The room I was initially placed in was very dated with a broken AC. Maintenance tried to fix it, but quickly moved me to another room. The room was comfortable, but not entirely clean/well-presented (dirty light switches, ripped shower curtain, etc).
