Unacceptable cleanliness

Liked: The room was spacious, could’ve done better with the cleanliness.
Disliked: The room was clearly not cleaned properly there was trash and litter on the floor, a balloon left over from a previous guest’s party and an unpleasant smell that lingered. I also saw bugs in the room (check photos).Also I had made a reservation for five people so it should’ve been obvious we’d need the sofa bed. However, it wasn’t prepared at all when we arrived. On top of that the sprinkler from the sofa bed didn’t seem to be working. I asked to change to a new room, but they said none were available until I pointed out more issues, after which they told us we’d have to wait for the next available room later that day. In the end, we never got a room change. Instead the staff brought us a cable tie to attached for the sofa bed so we could sleep.I expected a much better level of cleanliness and preparation. I would not recommend this place.

Disliked: Smelled bad, a lot of wear and tear that could be managed easily, at checkout there is a bucket at the desk with a hand written sign "room keys here" and no one managing the front, breakfast was from 6-10 and by 7 hardly any warm food or fruit left
