Overall good place to stay

Wouldn’t stay there again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and nice tv.
Disliked: The room had a bandaid and toothpick on the floor. The worst thing was blood on the curtains. Also a hole in the bathroom door. Banging door next to us all night.

Liked: Location was great - was there for Music on the Mountain and it was just a quick drive. Lobby was beautiful and clean.
Disliked: When we arrived, there were two or three workers off to the side yelling and fighting with each other. A male finally yelled at them sternly to stop while there was guest at the counter. It was not very friendly/professional at all. Our room was decent. The vent on the ceiling about the couch was caked in dust. And I believe there was a water leak because our ceiling by the window looks mushy and patched. Bedtime went okay. We had to go get new batteries for the TV at 11:30 at night because the remote wasn’t working. Changing the batteries didn’t help and we ended up having to mute the tv because the power button wouldn’t work and we couldn’t get it off. We also ended up with credit card issues. I booked and paid on booking.com but Country Inn placed an incidental hold on my card (no big deal) except it wasn't a hold. They charged me full price for the room. Therefore, I have paid twice. Working with them and my bank to get this mistake corrected. We went down for breakfast around 8 and it was very cold. Overall, this was not a great stay. We have many stays throughout each year, and I don’t think we will come back to this one.
