Was a nice stay at...

Liked: Inside was very nice seemed comfortable
Disliked: Lots of homeless folks out side could use security in parking lot that said no one messed with my car I walked outside other then being ask for a cigarette (I don’t smoke)no one bothered me

Great stay for the money!

Liked: Clean inside, great breakfast, staff was friendly
Disliked: Homeless around the entrance but nothing was bothered. They have full time security

Liked: The staff was awesome. The bed mattress was comfy.
Disliked: The location was sketchy. The parking lot requires a lot of lights given the location. The breakfast needs work too like the frequency of food refills and space to sit down and eat. The rooms are old and so is the carpet.

Just one night worked well...

Liked: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast!
Disliked: When booking this hotel we were not aware that it is in an area of a homeless encampment. They were also doing noisy work on the place with no notification of it!

Disliked: Where to start the receptionist both need a few lessons in customer service the young man on this evening and afternoon has a terrible attitude and yawning all the time , I have a health problem which means I need extra pillows all I got was we have run out they is a problem with laundry . I am so disappointed in this hotel we have used the chain before with excellent quality. We haven’t got to bed of had breakfast yet but I am so dissatisfied I have booked 3 rooms one of the rooms had marks on the cover we had to change it ourselves.

Disliked: Funky area. Quite many homeless around the building. smells pretty bad with Caroline everywhere in the building.
