Disliked: There was a roach in my room and when I called about it I was treated rudely and when I was switched to another room the room was worse I will repeat not be going back on top of I experienced a drug transaction take place no way will I go back

Disliked: Refrigerator was frozen solid, needs a serious defrost. Maintenance repairs were poorly done.

Disliked: Very Low quality coffee that taste like warm colored water. I noticed staff didnt maintain regular check on replacement of food items. Also, I had to ask for plain bagels. The only bagels left had seeds or were filled with some type of berry.
