I picked the hotel based upon it's distance from the Ford Community Performing Arts Center and the pricing. Late evening check in, the lady on duty, whose name I forgot to jot down, was friendly and very courteous. She provided a run down on the amenities of the hotel. Room was clean - everything in it's place. At check out next morning I was greeted by Ashley Jones with "How was your stay, did we exceed your expectations and what was the best part of your stay?". She was very personable and professional.

Disliked: You have to pay a $100 deposit in cash, which is a very messy system because when they return your deposit, its in the exact note(s) you gave them so they take a while to sift through your receipt. Staff for the most part were friendly but not all.

Disliked: I have no complaints. The people above me had a couple kids that stomped around until 11pm but then it got quiet and I slept good
