Rooms were dirty. Very dusty...
Liked: Convenient to major roads and freeways
Disliked: Old, dirty, falling apart! I specifically chose this hotel b/c it had a pool for the children traveling with us. When we got to the hotel, we found out it was “closed for maintenance”. Imagine our disappointment. And it went downhill from there.

Exceptional
Liked: The location was perfect and outside appearance was pleasing. Our check-in was smooth and quick. The staff was friendly and patiently explained due to swimming pool under construction we could go to a nearby sister facility to use their pool. It was a practical and easy solution. The showers in our rooms worked very well and the water temperature stayed consistent throughout 4 person usage each day. The beds and pillows were comfortable and of good quality.
Disliked: Our group didn't find any problems or have any issues with our stay.

Disliked: Filthy. Beds were soaked in urine. No toilet paper in the room.

We will not be back...
Liked: We didn’t, last minute to stay there - was not clean. We had little kids with us that were in the hot sun all day excited for the pool… only to find out it was closed.
Disliked: Not clean, hair all over the bathroom, stains, carpet in hallways and on stairs were gross. Stains on the bed

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff did not speak english. The staff did not meet minimum standards in regard to the room, trash, coffee service, toilet paper etc. in the room. I had to ask everyday for housekeeping to do things that most hotels do automatically.

No pool

Disliked: Swimming pool closed and it was not as well maintained as the photos on website. Older location. We book based on pool.

Very good
Liked: It was a nice location and convenient and the happy hour was very nice
Disliked: We didn’t anticipate there would be so many families and extended families there. You couldn’t get anywhere near the pool or the hot tub from morning till night. Kind of disappointing that there wasn’t adult only time later in the evening. At one point in time there were 14 kids in the hot tub.
