DONT STAY HERE RUNNN

Liked: The shopping center across the street
Disliked: No breakfast, no pool. The bathroom was DISGUSTING- water leaking mold stains in the ceilings. Over charged my card. SCAMMERS. Don’t look anything like the pictures. Construction every where. It’s not a 1 bedroom suite it’s a motel room with a living room. DONT STAY HERE.

No pool-paid more $ for...

Liked: No pool-paid more $ for a pool that is on their websiteNo access to the sitting areaNo breakfast-paid extra for breakfast Rude GM-Tyrone Williams Toilet coming out of the floor Sewage smell No towels once the room was cleaned Room keys did not work, each time we left the keys had to be reset.
Disliked: I wanted my money back due to being unhappy and they would not refund my money, I called booking.com and they will not respond back you (booking) either. I will never stay here again and all my family will know how bad this hotel is. We travel here 2 time a year to see family and we will never stay here again.

The general manager is a...

Liked: Nothing…. It was in full blown construction and had to leave the moment with got there! Then the general manager who confirmed that I would not be charged, ended up charging me a cancellation fee!
Disliked: CONSTRUCTION ZONE! Check the photos! I wish I could upload more. The whole place was a danger to my family and I could not believe they didn’t tell us before we arrived, nor did they have it posted online where I booked the stay!

Liked: Drove 4.5 hours with my special needs son to find out my reservation was cancelled. Desk clerk said Booking.com was notified on March 30th to cancel all rooms for this date due to construction at hotel. Never received any kind of notice from Booking. Left me scrambling to find last minute hotel.
