The general manager is a...

Liked: Nothing…. It was in full blown construction and had to leave the moment with got there! Then the general manager who confirmed that I would not be charged, ended up charging me a cancellation fee!
Disliked: CONSTRUCTION ZONE! Check the photos! I wish I could upload more. The whole place was a danger to my family and I could not believe they didn’t tell us before we arrived, nor did they have it posted online where I booked the stay!

Liked: Drove 4.5 hours with my special needs son to find out my reservation was cancelled. Desk clerk said Booking.com was notified on March 30th to cancel all rooms for this date due to construction at hotel. Never received any kind of notice from Booking. Left me scrambling to find last minute hotel.

Liked: The hotel is located at a perfect spot if you have to deal with any type of work on Dahlgren.
Disliked: Air-conditioning would blow the curtains open, the vending machine was out in the lobby and the toilet seat was wrong. There was an oval seat on a round toilet. Not a huge deal but awkward.
