Very good
Liked: Breakfast was a nice variety from the basic that every other hotel serves. Cinnamon swirl French toast and kielbasa were great. Great Breakfast
Disliked: Lack of parking Considering we spent 8 nights we expected the maid service to be more prompt on cleaning our room just twice

Nice staff, dated facility.
Liked: Staff was friendly and was happy to help us break into our own room.
Disliked: Dated building and fixtures. The elevator wasn't well ventilated and was very stuffy compared to the hallway temperature.Weird door blocking latches were installed incorrectly and made you shoulder ram the door to open. Closing the door quietly wasn't an option and I felt bad for the neighbors.The bathroom ceiling fan was decorative as it didn't have a switch or didn't turn on when you turned the lights on. The included soaps were of very low quality and required more to get hair washed while also drying out skin.

STINKING ROOM
Liked: The cookie I got during checkin
Disliked: The room STANK!! when I went to the front desk the person look at me and said i can get you a air freshener. WTH I asked for a different room and was told I had a 'special' room that could not be switched and I had to spend my time in a STINKING ROOM!! Furthermore the cost was way higher that what was booked on booking dot com. I'd like a partial refund or some other comp

Liked: Loved the mattress and bedding, just a delight. Breakfast had great variety choices. We approached from the south and the first exit for E Point Douglas Rd. seemed to go nowhere. We left the Inn on E Point Douglas Rd S and never found that first exit, that road doesn't seem to go thru. What's up with that?
Disliked: I'm in a wheel chair and happened to use the rest room near the pool. The floor is sloped for drainage and the slope is a little extreme making the transfer from chair to toilet unsteady.
