Liked: Loved the mattress and bedding, just a delight. Breakfast had great variety choices. We approached from the south and the first exit for E Point Douglas Rd. seemed to go nowhere. We left the Inn on E Point Douglas Rd S and never found that first exit, that road doesn't seem to go thru. What's up with that?
Disliked: I'm in a wheel chair and happened to use the rest room near the pool. The floor is sloped for drainage and the slope is a little extreme making the transfer from chair to toilet unsteady.

Liked: Room was not sound proof. We could almost make out every word at 2 am in the morning.
Disliked: Front desk people after check in did not attend to cleaning main level bathroom. Also had no fresh water in the container in lobby or workout room. Cigarettes all over on the ground by the entrance. I showed the desk guy that the cigarette dispenser was full. He did nothing about it. The next day , Raj the new desk person came and did almost everything needed to be done. I kept asking for the manager, who never showed up for the 2 nights we stayed.
