Never again

Liked: Location and pool
Disliked: Room was disgusting and hot. Had to get room completely cleaned. Hair on pillows. Dirt all over the floor. Room was 84 when arrived.Lobby for breakfast was hot.

Staff was friendly and tried...

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: Do not stay at this property!!! The hotel smells like mildew and feels damp. I literally felt damp and sick after 15 min in our room. I called the front desk and they sent someone to “deodorize” the room. It didn’t help. While she was in there she said the air unit will leak and cause a puddle in the floor. We grabbed our stuff and left. End of story.

Disliked: Road construction made it hard to enter/exit.

Disliked: Our sheet had a hole in it. I requested a sheet and an extra blanket and one was never installed or delivered.

Enough issues to not want...

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: First room had strong urine Oder. Moved to another. Jet tub wouldn’t come on. Called office, was told it was broken. Toilet kept backing up, was Extremely nasty. Breakfast was ok, but the 1 young man needed some help, he could not keep up. He was extremely nice though.
