Love my 2 day stay....

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Every employee spoke to us Every time the saw you in the halls.
Disliked: Only complaint I could come up with would be the elevator is really slow.

It was ok but may...

Disliked: The room wasn’t the nicest for the price. There was a closet with no door handle or latch so it was constantly opening. We had to put a shoe in front of it. The temperature was controlled in one room but made the other room too hot or too cold. The shower seemed like it needed replacing and the tvs were old and picture was fuzzy from cable box. Last of all the parking lot was too small.

Liked: Very clean and thats what matters to me ! I don’t need fancy just clean
Disliked: Parking is the only thing I would be able to say super small parking lot and you were so close to other vehicles it was hard to get in and out of your car, leaving it very easy for your vehicle to be damaged by someone opening their door

Liked: The location is perfect. Everything we needed (Restaurant and shopping) was right there was no need to drive far. The staff are very friendly, professional and approachable, I want to thank them for that as this type of customer service experience is hard to come by these days. The hotel was clean and smelled really good as soon as you walk in the front door. Complimentary breakfast and cookies was delicious. The breakfast had a great variety. The rooms was clean and spacious The refrigerator and microwave worked great
Disliked: The bed pillows are small next time I will bring my pillows but overall the bed was comfy. I would have preferred a regular chair in the room . The only chair was the desk chair. There was rooms with dogs and they barked through the late night and early morning and the owner didn’t try to keep them quite I think when hotels are pet friendly there should be designated floors or areas on each floor for guests with pets and it should be a question when booking if the guest is ok with being on the same floor as pets. Some guest was very rude laughing loud in the hall area late at night not respecting other guests. The adults was louder than the kids and there was a lot of kids in the hotel. The dining area is near the back entrance of the hotel it was cool outside and people going in and out holding the door open talking and the cold air coming in the dining area.

Disliked: Beds Were like Rocks floor wasnt cleaned very well. Sofa was covered in stains so goes to show they never clean them . Pool was so back it was over capacity so kids were unable to go swimming an staff was bo where to be found to say something to about pool. The lady at desk was great . Even came up an helped fix TV. Other customers were very rude an load an banging around .. just awful stay even left early because of it. Oh an elevator wasnt workonh half the time.. or when we tried to leave early it was not working. Had to climb dow 5 flights of stairs with bad ankles
