Very good

Liked: Close to the family member I was visiting. The AC worked great in my room. The price was good. It was quiet.
Disliked: It wasn't as clean as I would like. The workout room looked really rough and not clean. Stains on carpet and tub. The curtains in my room were hard to close as they were somewhat broken. The windows were not clean. There were lines running on the TV when I was trying to watch a show.

Liked: I like the comfortable beds, the breakfast buffet, free cookies and coffee/ tea area. Staff was nice
Disliked: We stayed in room 227. The hotel is dated. The tub was in need of a resurfacing. Toilet did not flush properly. Window coverings need to be replaced. Room did not appear to be vacuumed when we checked in but it looked like when housekeeping came the next day, they vacuumed.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the place was clean.
Disliked: I was in a room where the curtains were totally torn. I couldn't even close them until the staff came up to close them for me. I was really waiting for someone to say they would give me a different room, but that didn't happen and I was so tired that I just took it the way it was. In my opinion, they really shouldn't have booked out that room until the curtain was repaired. I would never invite someone to stay in one of my bedrooms at my home with a curtain ripped totally across the middle.

Disliked: First room we got put into was being worked on by maintenance. Tools were in the bathroom. Had to move rooms.

Liked: The venue is dated and dirty. Wasn't aware that the hotel pool was not accessible. The room was way over priced for what I was charged. The woman that was in charge of breakfast had a horrible attitude and was rude.
Disliked: Everything!
