Worst hotel stay I’ve ever...

Liked: I guess the room was okay.
Disliked: Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I travel almost weekly for work. Room was fine enough other than the TV not working, but the staff here is absolutely horrendous. Incredibly rude and just awful. They don’t allow you to bring food into your room, which I’ve never heard of at ANY hotel. They claim it’s because of ants in the building but if they have ants, that’s not the hotel guests problem, that’s the hotels problem and if they won’t get an exterminator then that’s just another thing wrong with the hotel. And when I was told this rule, the front desk employee was absolutely nasty and rude while telling me this, even the other hotel guests that were around at the time told me that it was absolutely ridiculous how he talked to me and treated me. Totally unacceptable behavior towards guests that are paying to stay here.

Nice place to stay

Liked: Location is easy to get to close to every restaurant. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful. I’ve book twice and will book again in the future.

Liked: It was convenient to the location we needed to attend
Disliked: The check in process was horrible. One person had to call another person to find our reservations, we were 15mins early before check in but the rooms still weren’t ready. They were very adamant about one particular room they were giving us, weird… and then it was a handicapped shower by the time we finally left and came back hours later we just wanted to rest so we didn’t complain. Breakfast was just mediocre. We’ve stayed in better places, price was okay, could’ve been better

Not worth the stress, stay...

Liked: The room was well kept & looked clean. Bed was ok, extra pillow is nice.
Disliked: There were ants everywhere tho... in the elevator, at the pool, in our shower, in our bed, in our bathroom, everywhere. This place tries to fine you for everything. We were charged $60 more than we booked for, but I was too tired to argue with them about it. We cleaned our own room thoroughly before we left because we were afraid we'd get fined for something we'd overlooked.

Relaxing and comfortable for a...

Liked: The hotel was very nice and well maintained! The room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good as well. I would have preferred some thicker pillows on the bed, but that wasn’t a huge deal by any means. Overall, a great stay!

Exceptional

Clean - Cozy - Quiet...

Liked: Room - Very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Big shower.Property - clean, easy to get to your room, and plenty of parking.Staff - super helpful and easy going.Breakfast - it wasn’t great but it did the job. They had cereals, oatmeal, some hot options like eggs and sausage, and yogurts.Might be our new go to Columbus spot!
Disliked: Breakfast was so so.
