I would stay here again

Liked: Bed was nice. Comfortable. Good sized room. Decent price. Staff was ok. Not friendly but not rude either. Just to the point and no smiles.
Disliked: My room smelled like mold. The down spouts drained right into the awning under my window and pooled there. Wondering if there’s some water leak or damage.

Liked: Nice clean room.
Disliked: Poor insulation between floors. Had noisy family above my room. Front desk would not change rooms. Breakfast ok. Coffee thin brown water. Juice good. Had hard boiled eggs which was nice. $250 deposit held. Supposed to be returned within 10 days.

Disliked: Purchased over priceline for 4 people and it did not go through correctly and I had to pay for extra kids $40. I could of booked with someone else for that price. Rediculous. It was not my error

Superb

Liked: For all the people that need that breakfast at a hotel they have one! And it's hot too Place was nice and clean.
Disliked: Pillows are way to soft. The beds are stiff which I'm ok with but accompanied by the super soft pillows it was kind of uncomfortable.

Rude staff

Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: One of the employees was extremely rude to us when we were bringing our breakfast to our room, saying that we couldn't even though the room has a fridge and a microwave for the purpose of having food in the room, we also brought food from outside the hotel for us to eat in our room and that was no problem, the employee kept going with the ridiculousness, not being logical at all, all in front of my son who had woken up and was scared because I wasn't in the room I was getting breakfast, I started to comfort him and that employee didn't seem to notice or care and just railed about the food, it was insane. The next day when I came out, before the breakfast time was up, they were already putting it away, half of the items weren't there and they wouldn't bring them back out for us even though there was more time before breakfast closed, they were in such a hurry to put it all in the back room so my son didn't get to have a waffle like he was so excited to have, how hard is it to let people get their breakfast, show a little kindness and compassion, it was just disgusting. When we were checking out and waiting for our deposit back that same employee was sure that we made a mess and took a very long time checking our room before finally admitting that we did not leave a mess at all and gave the deposit back. It left such a sour taste in our mouth. Everything else had been good, our room, the pool, the breakfast food itself, but those interactions soured our whole experience.
