Liked: Location was convenient, property was clean, and accommodations were made when there was an issue.

All in all, the stay...

Liked: I liked the professionalism of the staff the evening I arrived. She was courteous, understanding, and present. I never saw any staff the next morning. I needed a receipt, but was forced to use the "Express Checkout" basket on the counter.
Disliked: I was disappointed that it was 90 degrees that day, yet the pool was not open. The actual discomfort was 2 things in my room: the AC did not cool to the temperature it was set at. (I don't carry a thermometer, but with the unit set for 61, the unit was not blowing cold air, and the room was just comfortable enough...which is why I did not go to the desk and ask for a different room.) Also, the shower/tub leaked. When I exited the shower, there was water all over seemingly coming from under the tub near the wall the shower head is mounted to. Then, once the water was off, the spout for the tub continued to leak all night...the dripping sounding like someone playing with the doorknob which made it difficult to stay asleep through the night. I was hoping to tell someone at the counter about the leak when I checked out in the morning, but I never saw staff.
