Disliked: Choice did not give me my points... Because I booked 3 party... Only number I had to use... Spent 2 nights in Pacific MO and 2 nights in Columbia. No points. Feel I should receive my points.

Liked: Always a good place to stay
Disliked: Usually this place is squeaky clean, but our room wasn't. Never had a bad experience before, so will give them the benefit of the doubt and will come back.

Liked: We have stayed multiple times here. Several dining options at this exit. Hotel parking is not huge but we could park our truck and trailer in adjacent lots. Roads are a bit confusing at this exit but easier upon returning.

Disliked: Was given a room on the 3rd floor directly above a construction crew jack hammering the concrete parking area till 730 pm. They resumed the jack hammering promptly a 7 am the following morning. The room AC/Heater was stuck on recirculating the room air. Turned it to AC nothing. Turned it to Heat nothing. I had to unplug it to shut it off. Spoke with desk manager she asked if I asked for a fan .... why would I ask for a fan the one in the unit wouldn't turn off. No one apologized for the inconvenience or stated someone would follow up later.
