Best stay by far

Liked: From walking in and checking in to leaving and checking out. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The pool and hot tub were very clean and rather spacious. They provided adequate towels and everything smelled very clean, the sheets, towels, and room. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and delicious.
Disliked: Although the pool and hot tub were nice, in the evening it was filled with a lot of children and the room echoed with their screams and yells of laughter and joy making it slightly difficult to relax. Also, the hot tub the next morning was not very hot but I did witness it just being cleaned so that delighted me. The bedroom walls were bare which I found a little distasteful, some sort of decor would be nice.The microwave in the room didn't work the best but other than that everything was very nice.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying...

Liked: I liked that it was only about 7 minutes from Allstate Arena. The room was also comfortable and the temperature stayed comfortable the whole time. It was also a great value.
Disliked: Well let’s see. The hotel smelled like weed every night, there was a couple who had a very loud argument in the lobby one night, the sheets on the bed were stained, the shower head in the bathroom was coming out, and there were no real blankets for the bed. That hotel needs a lot of work. It’s also in a bad part of town from the looks of the location.

Not happy!

Liked: Hot tub wasn't open, pool/gym were freezing! Pool water was too cold to even get in so made my 4/6 year old daughters really sad! That's all they wanted to do with me since I wasn't going to see them for a week! Super disappointed and I'm usually a pretty go with the flow guy!

Liked: The shuttle drive and staff were great. Friendly, efficient and pleasant. Thank You!
Disliked: The first thing I recall was the smell of weed in the hallway and the sound of screaming kids. I knew it was what I paid for and I was desperate for a place to stay so I accepted the noise and mess and tried to sleep. When I went to breakfast the next morning I saw a mountain of trash and most of the food was not yet out. :-(
