The staff was friendly, breakfast...

Liked: The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good common areas were clean.
Disliked: There was dust in our bathroom and some pieces on the wall were missing in the bathroom and the ottoman was ripped and bugs invaded our room as well!

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful! Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Bed very firm and the ice machines weren't working on the first and third floors.

Liked: Clean, very fair priced, staff very friendly, breakfast was good. Check in gentleman listened to our request for room location and accomidated. Bed was comfortable. Did not use pool, hot tub/whirlpool was out of order.
Disliked: ICE machine not working on 1st floor but was working on 2nd. Housekeeping staff was helpful in advising me on another on the floor above. A little tricky leaving site due to busy road, had to go left and turn around to go right. And to return was a challenge to turn left into entrance due to traffic, found it easier to drive down rd further, turn around and come in so making a right turn.

Liked: Definitely loved the pool being open. The breakfast was always fresh and kids enjoyed the waffles
Disliked: Well maintained, perfect location

Liked: The hotel itself was good the breakfast and the pool was definitely worth the money we stay there at least twice a year
Disliked: The manager from the front desk was very rude to me and my family

Bad

Liked: When I booked the room it was supposed to be a king room with a walk in shower. When I got the facility they did not have the room I had reserved. The only person their was on the job for less than a week and sent me to two different rooms at the hotel, all of which did not have a walk in shower. He was not aware of what was available at the facility, and his offer was to try and contact another hotel within his chain which was three or four exits up the freeway. This was not acceptable as I needed a room around this location.
Disliked: There was nothing I liked about this facility. From what I observed I seen neglected maintenance throuout the facility
