Staff and food was amazing.

Liked: The staff was extremely nice. The food was hot and delish.Room had the space that we needed.
Disliked: Booked the property for the pool which was not in use. Cleanliness was awful as the pull out bed was not made up and there was mold on the mattress. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Unclean

Liked: The rooms were very spacious.
Disliked: It wasn’t very clean at all, the floor was sticky and slippery and just generally felt unclean compared to all other accommodations I have stayed in.

Never again, we moved hotels.

Disliked: Room was not clean. mirrors had smudges, dirt clumps on floor, hair stuck to bathroom mirror and side of shower. Room was NOT clean.

The size of the rooms...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: It’s wasn’t very clean, pool down, very run down for the price.

All and all we enjoyed...

Liked: Good breakfast …Good location
Disliked: Needs updating….

Rude Breakfast Staff, Broken Pool

Liked: Proximity to Rock City
Disliked: Pool was closed.Breakfast attendant harassed and constantly watched my children as if they were stealing something. Rude and even scolded one of the kids at one point. To add further insult the breakfast was mediocre to gross at best.

Liked: Spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Cookies and coffee available all day.
