I can only compliment the...

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Cleanliness, housekeeping was inconsistent and non existent. Water pressure was low and staff not prominent. Key card problems, remote for TV and TV was a challenge. Coffee condiments not replaced. Just a rather unpleasant stay.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friend, and the kids loved the pool (we were celebrating my 7-year-old grandson's birthday. He wanted a pizza/swim party), the breakfast was actually real food, sausage, bacon,eggs,cereal, super donuts,muffins, biscuits,gravy,,juice, waffles (you make ya own),milk,coffee and fruit..... I will for sure stay again...
Disliked: I wasn't crazy about location (there's a truck stop and a motel that allows lot lizards/ prostitutes), but you gotta build where you can build...

Disliked: Room we had was subject to road noise at times

Disappointed after becoming somewhat agitated.

Liked: I generally like this hotel chain. This hotel was easy to locate. It was quiet. There were cookies and hot water for tea at the front desk, as well as little bottles of hand sanitizer, pens and note pads. And breakfast is included with your stay.
Disliked: I had to go through 2 inappropriate hotel rooms to finally get into one that was acceptable. The first room was not cleaned or ready from the last guests in that room, and included a handwritten note from those previous occupants that read, "The shower water does not get hot."The second room had a fire alarm low battery, continuous shriek. There were no phones in either rooms to use to contact the front desk for help. My luggage was heavy and it was cumbersome and agitating to have to lug everything back and forth from the front desk to the rooms 3 times. The front desk woman kept going outside and disappearing and didn't man the counter at all. The first time I had to yell for her and she came scurrying in from outside. The second time I had to go outside and find her for help. She was smoking and on her cellphone. That last time she left the desk to walk outside, while texting, and cut me off before I could even walk away from the desk.The hairdryer was missing. And there was no hand soap. The bathroom door was not wiped down.The hotel itself was older and worn, which you could see in places like the elevator and in the shower/tubs.I'm just really disappointed.

Comfortable & quiet.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: T.V. didn't work & refrigerator was missing from room. Desk clerk was very punctual with visiting room to help & we were given another room that was perfect.

Disliked: One bed didn't have a blanket, tv didn't work, stains on the curtains
