Disliked: TV didn't work, and this was known to staff. The refrigerator didn't work. The furnishings were dated, and the breakfast was awful.

Liked: Place was dirty. Phone and Cable TV did not work. Management told staff to lie about the status of the phone and Cable TV.

Needs attention

Liked: The staff was nice the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The carpets in the hallways were gross the tub was dirty there was dirt under the bathroom sink the carpet in the room was filthy the TV stand has water damage from I would guess the refrigerator. There was a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower rod the water in the pool itself was clean but the pool appeared to have a yellow walls.

Good place to stay

Liked: Was a nice room, liked that it had an indoor pool, the breakfast was awesome, lots of choices, pet friendly, even had a glam bag for my pup, staff was courteous and helpful
Disliked: Some of the people that hang outside were a little bold, we booked a queen double but after getting in we noticed the refrigerator didn’t work. The hotel clerk working was great, there wasn’t any other queen doubles available so she put us in a king suite at no extra charge
