Bad

Liked: The pool and fitness center
Disliked: Mostly everything. The service sucked. I didn’t receive any housekeeping all the days I was there. The fire alarm went of Sunday morning at 4:30 am and I had to get up for work a few hours after that. Also an attendant came up to my room saying I was being loud when it wasn’t even me that they were referring too.

Disappointing

Liked: Nice staff, decent breakfast, overall cleanliness.
Disliked: There were a few guests who decided that they were going to be extremely loud and obnoxious throughout the entire night and into morning. There were complaints by others, including myself, but the guests said it was not them. Lost an entire night of sleep!

Stay was worth every penny...

Liked: Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice as well.
Disliked: The TVs don't have any working channels so we had to use smart phones to stream on the TV.

Terrible

Liked: The breakfast wasn't that good but it wasn't bad either the location was not in a spot where I wanted to be so was far away from downtown I did not like the location I left a day early and I did not receive a refund but they put down as if I checked out on Monday5/26/25 when an actuality I checked out on Sunday5/25/25 at 9:00 a.m.
Disliked: When we got there we were checked in at a reasonable time the bathroom tub was very dirty the bathroom floor was very dirty the carpets were very dirty the curtains look like they were melted had holes in them and they were staying splattered on the curtains as well I asked for someone to come and clean they never came and cleaned my room so I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies the room was so dirty to clean the supplies did not thoroughly clean the tub in the bathroom or the floor it was still dirty after I scrubbedI
