Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Chanhassen MN

I am disappointed to find that the hotel will be closing as of January 12, 2025, and replaced with apartments. A loss to Chanhassen and the Dinner Theater. People look forward to coming up to the productions and staying at this hotel. I’m not sure where I will stay next time I come up. It's just nice to have the reassurance that I won’t have to drive home after the production in the evening. What a great loss the hotel is to all those that have stayed there and were looking forward to staying in there in the future.

Liked: The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She was wonderful!
Disliked: Because of the closing, it took me around 20 mins to find out how to operate the TV.

Comfortable, homely and a delight to stay at the Country Inn & Suites. The beds are cozy and the rooms are stocked with everything you want: separate restroom, refrigerator, microwave and sink! Nice pool and hot tub as well as a hot breakfast. The best part was that you could walk to the Dinner Theater and on your way could stop in the lounge and enjoy a drink and listen to karaoke! Great time was had by all - this was our second stay and will stay many more times in the future!

Liked: Hotel was literally in the process of being destroyed. NO notification from you or the hotel that they were permanent or ly closed which left 6 68+ women scrambling for another hotel.
Disliked: Hotel could have been there!

Disliked: The hotel was closed when we got there. It was being demolished. No one messaged me about this. I had to find a different hotel on short notice.

Liked: I had made my reservation long in advance of my stay. When I got to the location I come to find out it was closed done! I never received any kind of notification that this had happened. I had to scramble to find a new location to stay!

Disliked: Upon arrival to the hotel we found the hotel was closed, there was NO communication about this happening. We were excited about going to the dinner theater and staying at the country inn and suites only to discover it was fenced off, not accessible. I will not reserve a room at a country inn in the future!

Disliked: This property had closed its doors a few months ago and didn’t let anyone know. We get there to check in and there’s a fence around the parking lot and the doors are locked!!
