Liked: The beds were soft and the parking is convenient. The breakfast area is usually clean and tidy. The front staff answered our requests quickly.
Disliked: This is the place we stay every time we come into town. ( 4+ times a year). We usually have very good service. This time the room we were assigned was dirtier than we usually experience . It was lacking many of the basics such as the hair dryer and none of the small room amenities. The vents were very dirty and the view out the window was blocked by spider webs. There was someone in the parking lot with a very loud radio until after midnight. The coffee/tea was not available. The variety in the breakfast has diminished. Overall not our best stay. We will return but we hope for improvements.

Liked: Great place to stay. Comfortable facilities. Friendly staff. Cold AC. Plenty of linens. Clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: Some containers of yogurt in the breakfast area were expired.

Disliked: The hot tub was permanently closed but still listed ( why we booked this hotel) and the hot breakfast was limited

Disliked: Hot tub was broken and the tubs in the room had no stopper so my wife who has a bad leg had to take a shower
