I got to the property...

Disliked: They couldn't find my reservation even with my confirmation email. Claimed to have no available rooms.

Disliked: I stayed there 2 weekends straight but this particular stay was not satisfying, there were no towels in the room, my linen was dirty and when I asked for towels and clean linen I was told none was available

Overall very stressful

Liked: The front desk employee when we checked in was very nice and professional.
Disliked: The room looked clean but had food under the beds, lots of spots all over the carpet, the cabinet housing the refrigerator and microwave had broken doors. The countertop in the bathroom was not even attached to the base and was about to fall off. The mirror was replaced with a smaller one and the paint around it wasn’t matching. Plugs didn’t work. Two tv remotes and neither worked. The pool was green and we couldn’t see the bottom. The ice machine didn’t work.

Disappointing

Liked: Nice beds and bath
Disliked: TV remote only works to turn on the TV and control volume. Crumbs covered chair and sticky floor around it. Desk chair covered with spilled soda. No soap in bathroom. No wash clothes.

Will not stay there ever...

Liked: When I walked into lobby to check in I was immediately overwhelmed with the smell of POT!!! The whole facility reeked of it. My room was fairly clean, however there was white splashes on bathroom door, Lord knows what that was, however I had Lysol with me and used it! There was no soap in bathroom and when I went to desk to request some he could not find any! They falsely advertised Happy Hour 6-7pm each night but no longer offer this, breakfast was a complete joke!! I had to go buy soap for us to take out showers/baths. I was very disappointed as I have stayed at Country Inn & Suites in many other cities!!!
Disliked: Our bed was comfortable and the room was cool...

Liked: Handy for break when on the Interstate.Good Mexican restaurant behind.
Disliked: I It has been a few years since I stayed in a Radisson and I hadn't realised how much they had gone downhill. The only place on our road-trip where cleanliness was an issue. Broken, potentially dangerous screen in room. No hairdryer. Limited breakfast.
