Not very clean

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient.
Disliked: The rooms were not very clean. Hairs in the bathroom on the counters, sinks, tubs and even the towels. Hairs on the beds. Trash under the bed and sofa bed. Ripped carpets. Dirty carpet and tile, visibly. Odor on the entire floor. The pool was green!!! The breakfast had a score of C. It was just overall not very clean.

Needs improvement

Liked: The size of the rooms, the beds were comfortable and the distance of the hotel.
Disliked: The rooms was smells the upstairs neighbors were louder sounds of moving furniture and I brought my grandkids to swim the pool area was not clean and the water was too cold.the bathrooms toilet was nasty and the bathtub stopper did not hold the water in while taking a bath. Breakfast was horrible.

Disliked: Sheets could be softer

Convenient and clean

Liked: Convenient and clean they were so close to the best stores and restaurants. Literally in walking distance.
Disliked: Kept running out of food and floor in one of the rooms was quite slippery.
