Country Inn & Suites by Radisson BWI Airport (Baltimore) MD

I like the fact that it was peaceful and quiet. The employees are very nice and professional. Also, it was clean. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Disliked: It wasn't a handycap room like I booked. They tried to charge me another $50 dollars for incidental but my bank stopped it.I called the hotel to ask why and he couldn't tell me and didn't even say sorry. My husband had a hard time getting on & off toilet. Very disappointed. The furniture was stained and tore, bathroom conditioner bottle wouldn't stay in holder,holes in wall behind bathroom door. 6/21/25

Liked: Being able to get a room in a emergency and the staff was very friendly. I di like the way the entrance inside of facility looks. The stair case really attract my attention.
Disliked: The floor I was on had trash dirty diapers you could smell it. The rooms are very smelly and furniture is old. The elevator sound as if it was ready to break down.

Liked: Location excellent. Breakfast great.
Disliked: The toilet seat was extremely low for an 87 year old and someone with a bad back. We were there for a week and they only did a light cleaning once. The trash cans were overflowing. We were constantly having to ask for clean towels.
