The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel and our room was very clean. Free internet and breakfast is always a bonus. Family loved the complimentary cookies and coffee! Would definitely refer this hotel and stay again. Thank you!

Not hotel's fault, but taxi cabs are the worst - VERY expensive and will drive around for more money and not stop when you tell them to.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The hotel is outdated, a bit old. The tv’s were older and the cable came in and out. The coffee maker was broken, the blow dryer didn’t work and the sofa bed had dirty sheets.

Liked: The location is great for me.
Disliked: I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I have stayed here before. My bathroom floor was dirty with hair and the baseboards weren’t clean. The bedsheets were 100% wrinkled and I don’t even know if they were clean. The elevator rug was full of debris.

Liked: Breakfast and pool were good.
Disliked: Wasn't close to rest of my party, separate floors. Handicap room did not have a walk-in shower so difficult to clean up for high raised tub. Handicap room on second floor, not good for the safety in case of a fire. Shower was removeable, but did not stay in place, kept turning in direction of shower curtain, which then moved the curtain to let out water on the floor. Poor decision and design. I went for just new towels and was told they would be left outside my door and we did not get them.

Decent room for a short...

Liked: Decent room for a short stay. The breakfast had a great variety, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool and the gym were a plus.
Disliked: There is nothing major I would change. The room was a bit dated, but not tacky. The fitness center was essentially just a couple of treadmills, which is better than nothing. I do wish they had a hot tub though.

Liked: Good breakfast included. Very conveniently located to main highway.
Disliked: The room keys constantly needed to be reprogrammed and required trips to lobby throughout stay to do this.

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Fridge was working and was quiet. The breakfast was good enough.
Disliked: There was a lack of fresh air in the room. The AC if turned on, was too noisy.
