Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Buffalo South I-90 NY

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel and our room was very clean. Free internet and breakfast is always a bonus. Family loved the complimentary cookies and coffee! Would definitely refer this hotel and stay again. Thank you!

Not hotel's fault, but taxi cabs are the worst - VERY expensive and will drive around for more money and not stop when you tell them to.

Sadly disappointed!

Liked: The room and the hotel are nice, we have stayed there multiple times before when coming to Buffalo but this time they couldn't find our reservation in the system, even as I was standing there showing them the email with the confirmation that I had just received one hour before when I booked it! And this was at 1 am after a long 5 hour drive from Binghamton to Brockport and then to Buffalo! We were coming to Buffalo for my husband's great aunt's funeral and he had to drive from NYC first! So obviously it was already an extremely long day and it was going to be a long next day! We literally only booked the hotel to sleep for 7 hours and get ready for the wake the next morning!
Disliked: So not ONLY did it take 40 minutes for us to check in after she mysteriously found our reservation that she couldn't find before, and it was prepaid and non refundable, but we were only going to be there for 8 hours to sleep, shower and eat breakfast! The beds appeared to be double beds instead of queen. I had booked a room with a walk in shower handicapped accessible because it's hard for my husband to step in and out of the tub to shower but that's not what we got! In the morning we went down to breakfast, which in the past was always good, and it was absolutely horrible! It consisted in total of dry, hard bacon and French toast sticks. No eggs of any kind, not even hard boiled, no fruit, no yogurt. They were even out of the batter to make our own waffles! So I paid 160 bucks to basically sleep in small, hard beds and eat French toast sticks and fake bacon!

Other than disappointment of having...

Liked: The bath tub had 3 pubic hairs and grime on the bottom of tub. I had to clean it before I could take a bath. I took pictures.
Disliked: That I had to clean a bath tun after driving 12 hours to get there to relax. I requested a tub room when I booked on line originally. I called the day of in the morning and spoke to someone at that location to make sure they have us down for a tub room. When I arrived we had already unpacked and were exhausted, I didn’t tell front desk because it would have been a lot more work to pack up and move rooms.
