Not like the pictures

Disliked: The whole hotel was full full of loud people in the breakfast lounge and outside the hotel room drinking and smoking. Was charged a different total price when checked in. Had to talk to staffs to figure out what the price differences were about. The first staff told me to come back down the next morning to get a print out and get the price match from the manager. Came down the next morning to a really rude staff and that completely ignored my situation and told me to deal with the third party booking that I used to book. I asked for a print out of my receipt but she rolled her eyes saying I'll get it on my check out day.The first room smelled like smoke that was masked with a lot of air freshener. The keyfob wouldn't work and was eventually moved to another room, which was slightly better than the old room but still had a smoke smell. Had to go out and buy a air purifier to make it better. On day 3 of our stay we were interrupted with knocks on our door, to staffs coming to clean the AC that took about an hour. We were never informed about this and it was an inconvenience for us because we did not expect it. Stayed here during a funeral weekend and the hassel of all of this just made things worse.

Served it's purpose

Liked: Third floor, quiet
Disliked: AC didn't reach through the bedroom into the main living space, very humid. Room smelled like a bottle of softener had been dumped to mask cigarette smell and mold

Stay somewhere else.

Liked: The staff was very accommodating. We had a pretty bad experience but the hotel manager was very understanding and did everything he could to help us.
Disliked: We were in town for a family event and had a few people staying at this hotel. We were not aware but the hotel was also in a bad part of town. We arrived to the hotel at 2am due to a delayed flight. There were people partying in the parking lot and sketchy people constantly going in and out the building during the late hours. Our first room was on the first floor and we had to get it changed since we had little kids and didn’t feel safe. The hotel is very run down and needs a renovation. The rooms were dirty - carpet stains, dirty sheets, floors not vacuumed, hair in the beds, smelled like cigarettes. We were already exhausted so we figured we’ll just rest for a couple of hours and look into a new hotel the next morning. Little did we know, we should have just packed and left that night. We woke up around 5am and found out that our cars got smashed and broken into. There were over 10 cars in the parking lot that also got smashed that same night and after speaking with the police, they reported over 40 cases of cars getting smashed and broken into the area. We were able to get a full refund but I would recommend staying some where else.
