Was prefect a prefect four...

Liked: Was relaxing very clean the workers were very pleasant was close to everything my son and I planned.
Disliked: The garbage cans outside at the entrance were over flowing with garbage stacked on top . This may sound like I’m complaining but I am not just a suggestion add some more garbage cans .

Disgusting !!!!

Liked: The only thing we liked about our trip was not staying at the nasty hotel. I can't believe they pass inspections every year or how ever often they are inspected.
Disliked: The hotel room. The staff. The mattress had blood and feces on it.

Liked: Location of the handicap room close to the front door and dining area.
Disliked: Well I told maintenance about the carpet being real wet around the couch. He came and checked it but didn't do anything about it. It was wet the whole stay and started to smell musty. Not enough handicap parking.

Liked: The staff was so accommodating when we needed early check-in. They went above and beyond and when our room wouldn't be ready in time they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost.

Liked: The hotel is in the center of Bowling Green, tins of restaurants and some shopping in the immediate area. Easy on and off the highway.
Disliked: Everything was sticky. The floors, the doors, the walls. And the toilet was broken. We alerted the property but never heard back so my husband fixed it.
