Liked: Staff was friendly. Good location. Breakfast was ok. Bed were good. Water pressure was good.
Disliked: Carpets in room were filthy. Shower curtain had mildew on it. Tile in bathroom is loose.

Liked: The staff was good. Breakfast was good. The lady over the breakfast place made sure things were available at the time.
Disliked: As soon as I entered the room, I felt a wet smell.

Liked: Very comfortable beds and pillows. More than a continental breakfast was offered. Beautiful patio to enjoy your breakfast al fresco! Coffee/tea, cocoa offered 24/7. Rooms were clean. Newly renovated heated indoor pool. Fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location to access shops and restaurants within minutes. Plenty of plugins and ports to connect electronics. Internet worked well. Large flatscreen television with Spectrum service. It has nonsmoking rooms, but offers designated smoking areas with rocking chairs.
Disliked: Property could use a little updating. No drawers or places to hang clothes or wet swimsuits. Our granddaughter’s room’s refrigerator didn’t work upon arrival, but after moving the controls around, it began working. (Hotel would have offered to change the room, but they were already settled in with their two year old.) They only offer housecleaning every third day, unless requested. They did request fresh towels and trash removal(pull-ups in an enclosed space can be less than ideal.) Service was not performed. My granddaughter got towels from the front desk. Key cards were a little temperamental.
