I booked a prepaid suite with a king bed 2 months prior to traveling. When we got there they tried to give us a non-suite with two double beds. The front desk didn't even tell us they were downgrading our room when we checked in. Went back to the front desk and was told they overbooked and gave our room away. Keep in mind check in time is 3pm and we were there at 3pm. She told us it wasn't her problem. If we didn't like it we could go elsewhere. There were 3-4 other couples there with the same issue. Being law enforcement I had higher hopes when staying at a Country Inn.

Liked: They are issuing a refund.
Disliked: Overbooked and didn't care.

Disliked: Needs updating. Flooring is coming apart in the room. Humidity in the room was high despite AC.The breakfast facility is way too small for the number of guests.

Liked: Secure facility. Staff very outgoing and professional. The extended hours for the indoor pool were great and the pool was very clean/not overly chlorinated.
Disliked: The king bed was huge but was about as hard as trying to sleep on a sheet of plywood. The fire alarms were low enough for a child to pull the fire alarm at 10:30 the first night, and then the morning we left someone burnt a waffle at breakfast at 7am startling us awake with that fire alarm again.

Disliked: Booked room was advertised for $79 and I was charged over $100

The pool was disgusting

Disliked: The staff wasn’t friending and the facility was filthy

Liked: The room and facilities were nice and clean.
Disliked: Check in clerk barely spoke a word - breakfast was cold but clerk on duty was on it later. (different clerk than the one at check in)

Liked: Only good thing was breakfast. Water was hot too.
Disliked: Mattresses were old and wore out, we had 2 rooms and they put us on 2 different floors. It has lots of dirty corners and floors in our room had damage to them and I pinched my foot in it. Pool room way to warm and a greasy layer to the pool as well.
