Ok place completely awful staff

Liked: Was ok
Disliked: They charged me for a cc surcharge even though I payed with a debit card and when I questioned it was very rudely told that it didn't matter and was a state law. Which is bullshit

Liked: The mini waffles for breakfast were the best thing about this place.
Disliked: The smells of the hallway& the rooms, the water pressure was barely there and hot and cold are backwards. There’s cracks and holes everywhere from the floor to the walls. It was extremely LOUD from 11-4 sleeping hours and there “was nothing they could do” I found to be outrageous with all the weird new fees and the price per night, the first night wasn’t as bad but the next night was the worst. Enough to never stay there again. The pool and hot tub are so chlorinated it burns your eyes just sitting in the water without submerging yourself.

Liked: Loved the fruit water, smelled like chocolate chip cookies coming in, very homey, room large, clean sheets. Awesome breakfast! Only one other place had more selections
Disliked: Paid for extra pass. Nice to have it good all day

Disliked: When booking online, the pictures showed the room had a pull out couch. I planned on that. Once in the room, there wasn't a pull out couch for my daughter to sleep on. I then asked for a cot and they didn't have any. There were stains all over carpets. Not only in my room, but down the hallways. Dirty walls. The place just needs some updating.
