Liked: Elevator wasn’t working, an email would have been nice just as a heads up. “The bottom floor is reserved for the elderly”—just because I’m under 50 doesn’t mean there isn’t a mobility issue. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Unfortunately I have a reservation coming in July that I can’t swap due to price so we’ll do this whole thing again, I’m sure.

Disliked: Missed the hard boiled eggs, but understandable considering the price of eggs. Scrambled eggs were not very tasty. More selection of fruits would be nice.

Liked: So much nearby, food, parks, meijer, Walmart. We got a room with siting area, perfect with kids, good for sleeping. Pool was fun!! But loud with a bunch of kids and no hot tub.
