Nightmare on the Debit Card. Will not book another hotel 'chain'.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: My debit card was charged for my room and someone else. One room cost $140 when I was quoted $160.

Good hotel to stay

Liked: Location, halfway to home.
Disliked: Hot tub was not hot, room needed maintenance, almost all doors were off kilter or broken. Shower curtain looked cut off so shower leaked on floor.

Liked: Stay was great.
Disliked: Only one Elevator worked. Not enough pillows. Asked the staff for more and was told that they were fully booked and had no more pillows. Not really pet friendly. Staff and guest used same elevator.

Good location, good stay.

Liked: The room was big and had separate areas, lot of space. Front desk guy at check in was super nice and friendly (forgot the name). Daytime front desk associates were not that friendly.
Disliked: Booking should give the total charge including taxes.
