Nightmare on the Debit Card. Will not book another hotel 'chain'.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: My debit card was charged for my room and someone else. One room cost $140 when I was quoted $160.

There was no stay.

Liked: Motel closed due to storm damage.They NEVER notified me about the shutdown. So, when arrived was told it was closed and then had to hustle around town trying to find a room at the very last minute.

The hotel was perfect for...

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean. It was great just for what we needed. All staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful. We encountered a tornado with sirens going off at 1:30am the last night of our stay. The late night lady was very helpful and concerned for all the guests. She was calm and tried her best.
Disliked: The hotel did not seem very prepared for the tornado. No one really knew where to go. The night shift lady did her best but couldn’t really get in touch with her boss easily for more information.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The suite was nice as the bedroom was separate and could be closed off from TV area.
Disliked: The bedding seemed like queen sheets on a king-sized bed as they kept coming off during the night. The bed itself seemed older and was not the most comfortable.

Liked: Clean, safe, good location, good hot breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: Faulty elevator meant one left running to service guests is inconvenient. We stayed for four days and it was down whole time.
