Nightmare on the Debit Card. Will not book another hotel 'chain'.

Disliked: My debit card was charged for my room and someone else. One room cost $140 when I was quoted $160.

Disliked: We arrived on the 23rd as planned and was checked into room 312. After spending the night and going out Saturday,upon our return room 312 has been given to a Caucasian family and all of our belongings are now missing. The front desk is no help saying he doesn't have any idea where our things are. He told us to come back tomorrow and I said are we just supposed to sleep in our car. His reply was I'm sorry mam. I didn't have my medication . I called customer service and we are now in room 212 without any of our belongings. We want a full refund and our belongings. We have nothing but what we are currently wearing. This is such poor customer service and blatant racism. To tell the black family there is nothing you can do and to come back tomorrow. I never received a phone call saying they were moving our luggage to another room. I can't express how disappointed I am with this hotel chain. I will not recommend staying to anyone. On the 27th we have not heard from the manager, and there has been no expression that a refund or any compensation will be given.

Disliked: the Hotel would not honor booking.coms reservationstion they claimed you don't pay them so I spent 1 hour trying to get someone on the phone. I was told you are doing me a favor by not charging me leaving me without a room,Total incompetent behavior on both parties. The room was prepaid which I guess means nothing.
