Nightmare on the Debit Card. Will not book another hotel 'chain'.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: My debit card was charged for my room and someone else. One room cost $140 when I was quoted $160.

Liked: Breakfast foods weren't as hot as they should have been but the sausage links were excellent

Liked: The property location was good. The staff ( mostly college age kids) was excellent.
Disliked: The property needs updated. The drapes were hanging off to where I couldn't close them without it gapping. We were on ground floor in front of the parking lot so it was a problem. The lights in the bathroom were out and needed replaced. The drawers did not fit in the dresser. The room stank. Not sure where the smell was coming from.

The worst hotel and staff...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The hotel did not disclose the pool was closed and that half the hotel had a water leak. The staff was rude. First room smelt like weed so they moved us to another room which had bugs and pubic hair in the bath tub. We had to go get cleaner just to take a shower. They refused to give us our money back so we could go to another hotel. They tried to get some of our parents to stay in sealed off rooms and are now taking money out of account 2 weeks later and refusing to give me the money they fraudulently took out of my account. This hotel is a disaster and you should not stay there.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The staff were very secretive about the fact that half of the units were flooded. They assigned us to a room that was in the flooded area and asked us to walk through curtains that were taped covering the hallways due to a water leak. We were visiting for a softball tournament and had several bags of equipment that we were asked to carry through a hallway of industrial fans. It was quite a safety hazard for our 5- and 8-year-old as well. When asked to switch rooms, we were told that they were sold out, and we could not. When asked for a refund to find another hotel, they conveniently found another room for us. The new room was filthy, hair ties all over the floor, clothing in the dressers, and the shower was molded with no drainage. We booked this room several months in advanced and would have understood the issue of a water leak had they called us ahead of time to make us aware. I called the night before our check in date, and they did not tell me of the issue, nor did they tell me of the issue when I was checking into the room. I would not recommend this hotel in any way. The staff was rude, and continued to eat their food and talk on their cell phone as we were expressing our concerns.

Very clean facility and worth...

Liked: The lobby, room and hallways were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast options were a little limited. But at least the options available very fresh.

Find somewhere else to stay!

Disliked: Pool was out of service. Exercise room was “locked out”. Even the staff couldn’t get the door open. Manager was supposed to give us a call to discuss but that never happened. Then we were told that the maintenance person was gone until Thursday! So my husband who exercises EVERY DAY was not happy. They sent us to their “sister” motel a mile away and when we walked in the door the lobby was being renovated and the entire lobby was covered with dust. We just turned around and walked back out! In our bathroom one of the lights above the mirror didn’t even have a light bulb in it. The hairdryer didn’t work properly. Kept tripping the outlet breaker and then it would overheat. Needs replaced! The microwave looked like the outside of it had never been cleaned. Fingerprints and grime all over the front of it. It looked nasty!!We observed numerous people coming to the desk saying their card quit working. Well it happened to us on our last day there. Went to our 3rd floor room after being out sightseeing most of the day and neither of our cards would work!!
