Nightmare on the Debit Card. Will not book another hotel 'chain'.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: My debit card was charged for my room and someone else. One room cost $140 when I was quoted $160.

Disliked: Hot tub was dirty & we had to wash it before getting in. Bed was not comfortable at all.

Liked: Breakfast was great and fully stocked. The breakfast area was clean. Front desk staff were great. The room was a comfortable size and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: One elevator was not working. The hot tub worked but there was no heater. A sign was provided stating this The carpets need to be clean. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed as there were pistachios on the floor along with what looked like a craisen. The desk was sticky and was bowed and the back leg was broken. We have stayed at this location for over 20 years when visiting relatives and it seems like it has started going down hill.

Disliked: Bed was a little hard. Was expecting a walk in shower or better accommodation in bathroom for handicapped.
